Open the Earn page, complete offers, surveys or tasks on the offerwall, and points are credited to your balance automatically.
How do I redeem a Minecraft cape?
Spend your points on a cape on the Earn page. You receive a redemption code — open a Discord ticket and paste the code so the team can verify and deliver your cape.
How do giveaway entries work?
Redeem a giveaway entry with your points to get an entry code, then use the /redeem command in Discord to enter the giveaway.
My account is banned. What can I do?
If you believe the ban is a mistake, join the Discord server and appeal to the team.
How do I delete my Capeverse account?
Open the Account page in the navbar and use the Danger Zone section to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
