1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You agree to use our platform solely for lawful purposes. The automated reward delivery mechanisms and cryptographic keys distributed through our network remain the intellectual property of CAPEVERSE until fully redeemed on the official partner platforms.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access keys generated during verification. CAPEVERSE will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your generated keys.

4. One Account Per Person

Each individual may only create and use one account on CAPEVERSE. Creating multiple accounts, earning points across multiple accounts, or attempting to redeem multiple rewards for the same eligibility is strictly prohibited. Using a proxy, VPN, or any IP-masking service to hide your location or bypass our fraud detection is also prohibited. Accounts found to be in violation will be flagged, suspended, and any earned points may be voided without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

CAPEVERSE provides its service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. In no event shall CAPEVERSE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
